During these workshops you come to know more about yoga and the holistic way. You will have the possibility to share your experience how to integrate yoga into tthe daily life, with others and get inspiration for your own yoga practice. More fascinating aspects of yoga will be shown during the retreats.

04:00 PM  -  Yoga class, deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing)

06:00 PM  -  Dinner

08:00 PM  -  Retreat/workshop starts with meditation & greeting.

07:00 AM  -  Meditation, short reading

08:00 AM  -  Yoga class, deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing)

10:15 AM  -  Brunch

11:00 AM  -  Seva (work at the house for 30 min.)

02:00 PM  -  Lecture or workshop; depending on the seminar

04:00 PM  -  Yoga class, deep relaxation, pranayama

06:00 PM  -  Dinner

08:00 PM  -  Meditation & lecture
