DROP IN CLASS
Every day at 08:00 am and 04:00 pm.
Please register one day before.
A yoga class contains:
• (90 min. with guidance and corrections of the teacher)
• a pleasant sequence of asanas to reduce tensions and to develope power,
flexibility and perseverance
• Pranayama (breathing exercises) to increase the inner vital forces
• deep relaxation (savasana) with autosuggestion to regenerate the
body naturally and to come to experience
Please bring comfortable clothes and eat 2-3hrs. before class only a small amount of food.
Yogamats and blankets are available. Please come 10min. before the class starts, thank you.
